The Re-manufacturing Process
We begin our re-manufacturing process with the disassembly of the donor (core) unit, which is stripped back to component parts for cleaning, grading and inspection before our trained and experienced engineers begin the rebuilding operation.
Any parts failing out rigorous inspection is automatically discarded and replace with a new O E M or quality aftermarket component.
Continuous engineering & on-going improvements in our processes ensure that know weaknesses with the original transmission unit can be overcome with our own modifications and upgraded parts.
Unlike many "Re-Builders" our gearboxes, axles and differentials are fitted with 100% NEW BEARINGS, OIL SEALS & GASKETS as standard practise in our re-manufactured products
